01In short

Laborats asks nothing of you and keeps nothing: no account, no form, no cookies, no analytics, no ads, no trackers. So there is no consent banner to click through.

02What stays in your browser

At the end of the experience, Laborats shows you how long you've been watching, how far you've scrolled, what time it is and how many times you've started over. These numbers are computed in your browser during your visit. They are never sent anywhere, never saved on your device, and disappear when you close or reload the page. Your language choice (EN · FR) is carried in the page address only.

03No third-party services

Everything Laborats displays (pages, scripts, images, video, fonts) is served by the site itself. Your browser contacts no other service during your visit: no Google, no social network, no analytics tool.

04Hosting

Like any host, Cloudflare, Inc. receives visitors' IP addresses and technical connection data (browser, time, requested page) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. This processing is based on the publisher's legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Novana Studio does not use these logs to identify you.

Cloudflare may process this data in the United States; the company participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Its policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

05Your rights

The site is run by Novana Studio (Novana, sole proprietorship, 119 rue Gabriel Mouilleron, 54000 Nancy, France). For any question, or to exercise your rights over your data (access, rectification, erasure, objection): contact@novana-studio.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.
